Q: BHK or QuickStep? Which is the better laminate floor brand?
Laminate flooring is so readily available. I believe these brands are sold at flooring shops and are more high end laminate floors. How do they compare to Pergo, and others? I need something nice, of good quality, and fairly expensive, nothing special. It will be used for a rental property in a 8 unit building. Oh and another important fact... college area!

I would use Balterio Laminate. It is available only through retailers/distributors. Inexpensive, tons of styles and the best real wood look your going to find. The Vitality Line is the most basic line in the Balterio family and you can get it for just over $1.00 a Sf. Other lines can cost up to $3.00. For rental property I'd say it's the way to go. Laminate has come along way so you'll probably end up replacing it less often that you think!
