Q: How do I repair cabinetry?
One of my cabinets fell off of the hinges and I can't just reattach it as it will fall off again (the holes in the cabinet are too big). Any suggestions on how to repair it?

San Diego, CAA: tooth picks to golf tees
If you do not want to replace the doors, here are a few tricks we use. Fill the expanded screw holes with tooth picks and a little wood glue. Let that dry, trim the toothpicks flush with the door with a utility knife, re-install the hinge and screws and you are good to go. If the hole is a little bigger, drive a golf tee into the hole (if there is a tight fit not glue required), cut flush and install. Hope that hleps.
