Greenwood, INA: Fixer Uppers
The key to evaluating homes as fixer uppers is find a home with good "bones". Meaning, the house's structure is sound. No apparent foundation issues, no dips in the roofs, etc. Then, its a matter of deciding what similar homes are selling for in your market and how much left you will have to improve the house. There are plenty of older homes, with good bones, that are ripe for purchase and renovation.
