Interesting comparison. These two are very commonly compared for trellis or fence covering. Here's the breakdown. Bogenvelia are very attractive and come in beautiful colors. However they are high maintenance. There blooms drop fast and often and they are known for there large thorns. They are also delicate and can make difficult for training. Jasmine is more green then colorful but smells wonderful when in season. Fairley low maintenance and easy to train.
